Every Location of Lilith’s Altar in Diablo 4

If you’re an avid collector who loves the thrill of the hunt, then tracking down the Altar of Lilith statues in Diablo 4 will be a satisfying challenge for you. These statues not only reward you with Diablo 4 renown, but also unlock valuable stat bonuses for all your future characters in the same realm.

Unlike dungeons, the Altar of Lilith can be found in the overworld. However, they won’t appear on your map until you discover them. Some are easily visible along the path, while others are hidden and might take some extra effort to locate, even with their eerie red glow. Below, you’ll find the Altar of Lilith locations for each area in Sanctuary, along with some hints to help you find the trickier ones.

Diablo 4 Altars of Lilith: How They Work

Altars of Lilith offer permanent stat boosts to all your future characters on the Eternal realm (excluding seasonal characters), and they can only be acquired once. Each Altar of Lilith rewards you with 10 area renown, regular experience for your character, and one of the following stat bonuses:

  • +2 Strength
  • +2 Dexterity
  • +2 Intelligence
  • +2 Willpower
  • +5 Murmuring Obols capacity
  • +1 Paragon Point

The locations of Altars of Lilith are divided by area, and you’ll find maps for each area below. The statues are numbered, giving you a general idea of the route to take without straying too far from your path. In most cases, heading towards the marked location will lead you directly to the Lilith statue, holding a glowing red ball. Simply interact with it to unlock the stat bonuses and reveal the icon on your map.
