However, be aware that you’ll encounter various enemy mobs along the way. Pay close attention to the spawns, as the enemies emerge from the three Incubators surrounding Nilcar. They appear once Nilcar loses a significant amount of health, complicating the battle. Prioritize eliminating these enemies before focusing your efforts on the stronghold boss.
Beware of the Hellbinder, a random spawn that can stun you. Additionally, be cautious of Nilcar’s devastating Blood Barrage attack, which unleashes waves of blood and deals substantial damage. Once you have defeated Nilcar, your efforts will be rewarded with valuable loot, including Bone Charm, Fur-lined Pants, Highland Boots, and Basic Wand.
