- Masterwork: Range

To achieve this, Hammer-Forged Rifling stands out as the most viable barrel option, providing a substantial +10 Range boost without any drawbacks. Alternatively, you can consider Small Bore for this purpose.
In PvP scenarios, Accurized Rounds reigns supreme, granting a noteworthy +10 Range and enhancing the weapon’s reliability at medium distances. However, it’s important to remember that 540 RPM Pulse Rifles cannot out-range their 450 RPM or 340 RPM counterparts, regardless of your efforts.
For stability, rely on Perpetual Motion, which ensures remarkable weapon control, especially when the perk is activated twice. As for damage output, Kill Clip is an indispensable powerhouse. The deadly combination of increased damage and the rapid fire rate of a 540 RPM pulse will leave your opponents helpless.
When it comes to Origin Traits, Vanguard’s Vindication appears to be the superior choice, offering a precious health boost upon eliminating an enemy, potentially saving your life in dire situations. The benefits of Perpetual Motion extend to PvE as well, boosting handling, stability, and reload speed. Kill Clip is a no-brainer, providing that coveted extra damage output, particularly advantageous against Barrier Champions when coupled with an Anti-Barrier Pulse Rifle.
For PvE endeavors, Stunning Recovery takes the spotlight as one of the best Origin Traits. Stunning a Champion instantly replenishes a portion of your magazine, heals 60HP, and grants 40 Recovery for 3 seconds.
To optimize handling, a Handling Masterwork is the perfect companion for Horror’s Least in PvE activities. Elevating its performance further is the Adept Big Ones Spec mod, allowing you to deal additional damage to mini-bosses, bosses, and even Champions.
