- We will send you a proof file for your approval before processing your order.
- Once approved, we will print and ship your backdrop. You will receive tracking information to keep you updated on the delivery.

Turnaround Time and Delivery
We understand that timing is crucial for your event. Here’s some important information regarding turnaround time and delivery:
- We usually ship the next business day after receiving your approved proof. However, please note that we cannot guarantee immediate shipment and some orders may be delayed for several business days.
- If you need expedited shipping, such as FedEx overnight, please let us know. Additional charges may apply (approximately $180 extra for FedEx overnight shipping with our box dimensions).
- It’s important to mention that we are not responsible for any shipping accidents or delays caused by the shipping company, except for guaranteed overnight shipping methods.
Finishing Options
To ensure your backdrop looks professional and suits your needs, we offer the following finishing options:
- Pole Pocket: A pole pocket allows you to slide a pole through the top of the backdrop. This is ideal for suspending it between horizontal poles. The diameter of each pocket is 2.5 inches. For added strength, we include two grommets on the side of the top pole pocket (let us know if you prefer no grommets).
- Hem and Grommets: The hemming process doubles the thickness of the banner’s edge, providing strength and durability. Grommets, nickel rings, are inserted along the top and bottom of the backdrop. This is our most popular option for customers who do not use a stand. You can hang the banner using rope, zip ties, or anchors inserted through the grommets.
- Straight Cut: If you prefer a clean-cut look without any additional finishing options, we offer a straight cut. This option is suitable for one-time use backdrops.

Before proceeding with printing, we will provide a proof for your approval. Please carefully review the proof, checking for any design mistakes, blurriness, or color discrepancies. We kindly request that you take the time to thoroughly review the proof, as we cannot be held responsible for any design mistakes after you have approved it.
