When playing Diablo 4, one of the ways to gain Renown is by discovering all of the Altars of Lilith scattered throughout the game. In the first area, Fractured Peaks, there are a total of 28 Altars of Lilith waiting to be found. Each shrine provides a permanent buff to all of your characters. However, only one altar is accessible at the beginning of the game. The rest will only appear once you reach Kyovashad, the central city in the region.

#1: Desolate Highlands — Icehowl Taiga

This altar grants all of your characters +2 Dexterity. You can find the first Altar of Lilith soon after creating your character. Look for it in the pathway after leaving the initial village.
#2: Desolate Highlands — Eastern Pass

This altar also grants all of your characters +2 Dexterity. It is hidden among the trees on your way to Kyovashad. Stick to the right wall or climb up the cliff to easily locate this shrine.
#3: Desolate Highlands — Father’s Cross

This altar grants all of your characters +2 Intelligence. You can find it southwest of Kyoshavad. Simply exit the city and descend down the path to find this shrine next to the wall.
