CoD Mobile Leaks: Exciting Updates on Zombies, Prestige, and New Maps

Discover What’s Coming to CoD Mobile in the Global Version

Call of Duty: Mobile’s latest update in China has given players a sneak peek into the potential future of the Global version. China has often served as a testing ground for new features, such as the introduction of Modern Warfare’s Shoot House in Season 2. This time, the Chinese version has leaked exciting content, including Zombies, a Prestige system, and new maps. Let’s dive into the details of what could be in store for CoD Mobile.

New CoD Mobile Zombies Modes

The most recent update to the Chinese version of CoD Mobile unveiled a wealth of content related to Zombies. Fans were disheartened when the Zombies mode was removed from the game in March 2020, but there is hope for its return. On the home screen of CoD Mobile China, a new Zombies mode is prominently displayed, igniting anticipation among players for its potential arrival in the Global version. Moreover, some players noticed a complete Zombies overhaul in their menus. Instead of the regular multiplayer maps, the fan-favorite World at War Zombies map, Shi No Numa, graced the background. This map was originally part of CoD Mobile before it was removed, leading us to believe that it might make a glorious comeback.

CoD Mobile Prestige System

CoD Mobile enthusiasts have long been yearning for the Prestige system, a beloved feature in the Call of Duty franchise since Modern Warfare 4. While Modern Warfare (2019) didn’t include this system, Black Ops Cold War reintroduced it, and now CoD Mobile seems eager to follow suit. Early indicators from the Chinese version suggest that the weapon Prestige system may be introduced, either alongside or instead of a level Prestige system. On the screen for the Type25 Assault Rifle, a progress bar underneath an emblem hints at the possibility of weapon Prestige. Furthermore, rewards corresponding to the progress bar suggest that players can unlock unique cosmetics as they rank up their weapons again, once they reach the maximum level.

CoD Mobile Welcomes the Monastery Map

Not only are Zombies and a Prestige system potentially making their way into CoD Mobile, but a new map called Monastery is also set to join the Chinese version, with a high chance of appearing in the Global version. This map, originally exclusive to Call of Duty Online (China’s version of CoD), has been added to CoD Mobile China. The 6v6 Monastery map was immensely popular, and its inclusion in Mobile doesn’t come as a surprise. Should Monastery find its way into CoD Mobile Global, Western players will have the opportunity to experience this map for the first time.

Embrace an Exciting Future for CoD Mobile

While it’s highly likely that most of these thrilling features and maps will make their way to the Global version of CoD Mobile, it’s also possible that some may remain exclusive to the Chinese market. Nonetheless, players can anticipate an enhanced gaming experience with the potential return of Zombies, the addition of the Prestige system, and the introduction of new maps. Stay tuned for future updates and unleash your skills in the ever-evolving world of CoD Mobile.
